- [IPEIA Course](https://mececlub.ca/?p=214): The Student Pressure Equipment Fundamentals Seminar introduces essential topics relating to the pressure equipment industry spanning codes and regulations, safety, legal considerations, design, construction, maintenance, and retirement. This seminar is suited for students interested in pursuing a career relating to the pressure equipment industry. Instruction is provided by members of the International Pressure Equipment Integrity Association (IPEIA) with extensive industry experience. The MecE club is hosting a pool tournament at Dewey’s on October 16th in collaboration with ChESS The event runs from 5:30-10pm, and costs $20/team (i.e $10/person) Tickets will be sold this week in ETLC, or in the clubroom (Mec 1-3b) All are welcome to watch and cheer on the participants without purchasing a ticket
